OWNERSHIP:
Cattle are the property of the buyer as soon as sold, with the
buyer taking complete risk. Bulls kept and/or delivered after
the sale are also at the buyer’s risk. We encourage the pur-
chase of insurance on all bulls at the conclusion of the sale.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS:
Cattle will sell under the suggested Terms and Conditions of
the American Angus Association

DELIVERY:
Free delivery in North Dakota. Further out of state purchases
will be made between buyer and seller. Not including heifers.
FEED ARRANGEMENT:
Animal per head will be charged $2.50 a day for feed expense
after April 10, 2013.
LUNCH:
Lunch will be available.
RETAINED INTEREST:
All bulls selling will have a 1/3 semen interest retained. All
bulls sell with full possession.
INSPECTION OF CATTLE:
All cattle will be available for inspection before the sale on
Thursday, April 4 at Kist Livestock. Cattle are also available
for viewing at the ranch prior to the sale.
ANNOUNCEMENTS:
Announcements from the block will take precedence on sale
day of any changes to lots.
HEALTH:
Bulls have been dewormed with Dectomax Injectable and
poured on 2/28/13. Given a Pinkeye Shield XT4, also a Fuso-
guard, PregGuard and were given magnets on 3/16/13.
