Take Drummond Exit 154
off Interstate 90 then take Montana Highway 1 south 6.5
miles to Hall. Turn west in Hall and go 1.5 miles on paved
road to ranch on the right side of road.
Bids:
For buyers unable to attend the sale, we offer a video
of the bulls for you to view. To discuss the sale offering or
bulls on video call us (preferably several days in advance)
and describe your needs and budget and we would be
happy to assist you in your selection. There will be a
number of phones available sale day, please call in advance
to make arrangements. Bids may also be sent or called in
to Skinner Ranch personnel, auctioneer, or
press representatives. Bids are handled with
confidentiality and all sight unseen purchases
are satisfaction guaranteed.

Retained ownership:
Skinner Ranch
Seedstock is retaining 1/3 revenue sharing
interest on all bulls, unless otherwise stated. Full possession
and salvage value sell on all bulls.
Terms and Conditions:
Cattle sell under terms and
conditions of the American Angus Association and the
American Salers Association.
Bull Development:
The bulls are developed on a high
roughage ration to insure long term soundness and
longevity. They sell with our personal family guarantee for
fertility, soundness, and buyer satisfaction.
Fertility and Soundness:
All bulls will be fertility tested
and soundness examined by March 15
th
. If any bull does not
pass, the owner will be notified and full refund sent to them.
Herd Health:
All bulls and the entire cow herd were tested
and are negative for persistent BVD infection. The bulls are
vaccinated with Pyramid 5, VibrioLepto plus Hardjo Bovis,
Vision 8/Somnus, foot rot vaccine and Nasalgen. Females
have been vaccinated with Pyramid 5, Vibrio-Lepto plus
Hardjo Bovis and Vision 8/Somnus.
Two Year Old Bulls:
All are Semen and Trich Tested
AM, NH, CA, M1 and DD:
All cattle with AM, NH, or CA
potential by pedigree have been DNA tested free. All bulls
with potential DD pedigrees have been tested and are free
from Developmental Duplication.
The entire SRS cow herd and all Sires have been tested free
of the Myostatin gene (M1).
Performance Data:
All current performance data will be
available on sale day.

Frame Scores:
Frame scores are given in this sale catalog.
Liability:
People attending the sale do so at their own risk
and responsibility without liability on the part of the ranch
owner or employees.
Payment for Bulls:
Half of the purchase
price of the bull will be due on sale day
with the balance due at delivery time.
Wintering Arrangements:
Bulls will be
wintered until April 5
th
at no charge to the
buyer. After April 5
th
feed will be billed
at $1.50 per day. While the bulls are in
our possession we will be responsible for
death or injury to bulls.
Delivery:
Free delivery on bulls within 500 miles with total
purchases of $3000 or more. The balance of the distance
will be at cost. Bulls will be delivered March 15
th
- April 1
st
