Breeding Guarantee
All bulls are guaranteed in
accordance with the terms and conditions recommended by the Red
Angus Association of America. This guarantee does not cover mortality
and we encourage buyers to consider buying an insurance policy. All
bulls covered by our guarantee will require that we retain salvage value
for the bull. Any bull kept for 30 days immediately following the sale will
incur a $500 “breeding use” fee. Any bulls returned to Red Alliance for
injury or non-performance may require a vet statement. All bulls
returned for a guarantee must be returned to a member’s ranch within
14 days of submitting the claim. Our guarantee will provide for a full
replacement bull of equal quality and value or a full purchase credit to be
used in future Red Alliance auctions.
