Terms and Conditions
Terms are cash or check and settlement must be made before
cattle leave the sale facility. All cattle sell under the standard terms
and conditions of the American Gelbvieh Association.
Supplemental Information
A supplement sheet will be available sale day with updated in-
formation, including weights, scrotals and any other supplement
information. The supplement sheet and announcements from
the block take precedence over the catalog. Supplement info will
also be available on Prairie Hills Gelbvieh, MMS and DV Auction
websites.
Health Information
All cattle sell with a valid health certificate that will allow shipment
anywhere in the continental United States. All cattle are guaran-
teed to meet health requirements to ship to Canada.
Registration Papers
All registration papers on the animals selling are in order and will
be transferred to the new owner. papers will be mailed by the AGA
and should be to the new owner in 45-60 days.
EPDs
All EPDs are provided by the American Gelbvieh Association and
are current at printing of the sale book. Explanation of the New
Generation EPDs along with breed averages and percentiles are on
page 2 in the sale book.
Liability
All persons attending the sale do so at their own risk. Prairie Hills
Gelbvieh and/or MMS assumes no liability for accidents, theft or
damages occurring at the sale facility.
Sale Day Meal
A meal is provided by Prairie Hills Gelbvieh on sale day at noon at
the Prairie Hills Gelbvieh sale facility.
Viewing of Sale Cattle
All cattle will be available for viewing on Friday afternoon, February
15 and Saturday, February 16 at 9:00 a.m. at Prairie Hills Gelbvieh.
Cattle are available for viewing any time prior to those days -
please contact Klint or Galen Sickler to make arrangements.
