INSPECTION: Bulls can be seen anytime at the
ranch.
HERD HEALTH AND SEMEN EVALUATION:
All bulls sell with proper health papers for interstate
shipment. A rigid herd health program is followed.
All bulls selling have been Calfhood vaccinated
with 7 Way Somnus at branding and again at
weaning along with IBR, P13, BVD, BRSV and
Ivomec Pour On twice. All bulls will be fertility
tested and scrotal measured and are guaranteed
breeders.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS: All bulls sell
under the terms and conditions of the American
Angus Association.
RETAINED INTEREST: McConnell Angus is
retaining (1/3) revenue sharing semen interest in
every bull in this sale. Full possesion sells on all
bulls.
PAP TESTING: Fall Bulls were ranged and
pastured at Laramie - Tie Siding, WY (7350 -7600
Ft.).
ULTRASOUND DATA: Ultrasound data will be
taken on the bulls and posted on sale day.
CALVING EASE: We have implemented the
following scoring system for Calving Ease:
Indicates an extremely calving ease
bull.
Indicates a super calving ease bull.
Indicates a calving ease bull.
Indicates a bull recommended for larger
framed heifers.
DELIVERY: Free delivery on all bulls. However,
if buyer wishes to take bull home on sale day, $150
will be deducted from the sale price per bull. All
two-year-old bulls will be delivered shortly after
sale date.
WINTERING: Free wintering on fall and spring
bulls until April 1, 2013. We will begin delivering
bulls the last week in March.
 All two-year-old bulls sold out of state will
be tested for trichomoniasis and delivered upon
completion of test.
 All AI Sires are AMF (Arthrogryposis Multiplex
Free), NHF (Neuropathic Hydrocephalus Free) and
CAF (Contractural Arachnodactyly Free).
Announcements from the sale block will take precedence over information in this catalog.
Guarantee
All bulls selling over $2750 are guaranteed against breeding injury for the first breeding season. Breeding
season is defined as the 90-day period following the first turnout of the bulls. If a replacement bull is not
available when needed, credit toward one bull will be given in the following year’s sale less salvage value.
Salvage value will be valued at $2750 and McConnell Angus will provide credit on any amount over that.
Buyers will receive whatever the amount of salvage value is. Verification of salvage value is required. Please
notify McConnell Angus as soon as possible should injury occur. All claims must be made by September 1,
2013.
