Cattle may be seen at the ranch anytime before the sale.

Herd Health:
The cow herd is annually vaccinated against, IBR, BVD, and
PI3. The females were vaccinated for Blackleg, IBR, BVD,
P13 and Lepto. Cattle will be accompanied by proper health
certificates as needed. Cattle sold into other states will begin
any additional required health tests the week following the sale.
All cattle selling are tested negative for BVD-PI. AM/NH/CA/
M1/DF free.

Trucking:
Truckers believed to be reliable will be available to assist you
in shipping your purchases.
Terms & Conditions:
Cattle will sell under the standard terms and conditions as
recommended by the American Angus Association.
Livestock Mortality Insurance:
A representative fromAmerican Livestock Insurance Company
will be available to assist you with mortality insurance for your
purchases.

Transportation:
McCabe Genetics is approximately two hours southeast of
Wichita or two hours north of Tulsa. Rental cars are available
at both Wichita and Tulsa airports. Independence Municipal
Airport is approximately 30 minutes from McCabe Genetics
and we would gladly meet you there.
Directions To The Sale:
At the farm located three miles south of Lafontaine on Harper
Rd. and one and one-half miles west; or two miles north of
Elk City on Highway 160 to farm sign.
