This year marks the 20th year that Suhn Cattle Co. has held a Brangus Bull Sale in Eureka, KS and the 4th year to
be doing this with the GENETRUST Marketing Alliance. Vicki and I along with everyone involved with GENETRUST
and the other genetic suppliers that work with us would like to invite you to study and view this offering.
We also wish to, at this time, express our gratitude to you, our customers; many of you have been with us since
our very first sale. Without you this whole endeavor would be impossible and we want to say how we have been blessed
by you and count you as friends. We are always encouraged by the many good comments you say on behalf of the bulls
you have purchased from us through the years. That is our utmost desire to raise bulls that will keep you profitable and
continue your legacy in the cattle business.
We are so excited to present this sale offering to you. This is, without a doubt, the best set of bulls that we have
ever offered to the public. They are better phenotypically as they are in what I refer to as a more stockman friendly
package--moderate framed, thicker, easier fleshing, with sound structure. The data and performance on these bulls is
better than ever and they did it on less feed than ever before. We also have more Ultrablack bulls than we have ever
offered sired by the most used and proven bulls in the Angus industry.
We feel that the future of the beef cattle industry is very positive even though the Midwest and other areas are
suffering through some dry weather. Everybody is a day closer to having enough moisture and a reprieve from high feed
prices. Cow numbers are at record low numbers and the rebuild has not started and will probably be slow when it starts.
Bottom-line it adds up to a shortage of supply and should add up to excellent prices and profitability for the cow calf
sector of this industry.
More and more studies are out there reflecting your bull purchase is one of the cheapest ways to add to your
profit column. We encourage you to study this offering and consider upgrading your current bull battery. If you have
