HERD HEALTH
Our entire herd is vaccinated annually for
IBR-BVD-PI3-Syncy t i a lVi rus -Vi br i o-
Leptospirosis-Hemophilus Pasteurella & 7-
Way Blackleg. Our entire herd is treated twice
yearly for external and internal parasites. All
cattle will be accompanied with proper health
papers. Bulls were vaccinated with Bovi Shield
Gold 5 VL5, and poured with Ivormex. Bulls
are ready for service.
All Bulls have been
tested negative for PI-BVD. All yearling and
18 month old bulls are virgin bulls. All Bulls
Selling are AM, CA and NH free by pedigree
or have been tested negative.

RETAINED SEMEN INTEREST
The bull buyer will receive full possession,
100% salvage value, and 1/2 semen interest
of any bull purchased in this sale while Cow
Camp Ranch will retain 1/2 semen interest in
these bulls. This semen interest is a royalty in-
terest that entitles Cow Camp to 1/2 of the rev-
enues of any semen sold. Cow Camp’s retained
semen interest remains even if the bull, or any
interest in the bull, is sold to a third party. It is
the buyer’s responsibility to ensure that Cow
Camp’s interest is upheld if semen is ever sold.
The buyer must also inform any third party of
Cow Camp’s interest if the bull is ever sold.
Cow Camp will not be responsible for expenses
related to semen collection or promotion of any
bull purchased. Unless a mutual agreement is
reached for these expenses prior to semen col-
lection. Cow Camp’s retained semen interest
also includes the right to collect semen on the
bull at Cow Camp’s expense and the buyer’s
convenience.

Ultrasound data was collected by Craig Hays, Diagonal, IA,
Critical Insights, Inc.
The information was calculated and adjusted to yearling age by
The National CUP lab in Ames, Iowa.
Data provided in, Ribeye area and % intramuscular fat have been
adjusted to 1 year of age for comparison.
Do not compare ultrasound data between different age groups. All
ultrasound data will be available sale day on a supplement sheet or
may be viewed anytime online at cowcampbeef.com.

We prefer for each of you to be in attendance on sale day. Realisti-
cally, we know there will be some scheduling conflicts and distance
limitations. We will do our best to represent the bulls as they are, how-
ever, our
sight unseen guarantee
protects you against getting bulls that
are not what you thought they were. If you wish to purchase bulls sight
unseen, please contact Kent, Mark or Nolan so that we may discuss the
bulls in detail with you. If the online bidding or tele-conference line will
not work for you, contact us prior to the sale, and we will make other
arrangements that will work best for you.
Video of each bull can be seen by going to our website, cowcamp
beef.com and following the links to DV Auction. This video will be
shown during the auction as well. Bulls
WILL NOT
go through the
sale ring on sale day. Bulls may be easily viewed in their pens prior to
the sale. We encourage you to come early. If you are not accustomed
to a
video auction
, past buyers have suggested you make several extra
selections while looking through the bulls in person in case you don’t
get your top choices. That way you can be more confident in your next
choices. We feel by having a video auction it allows for a less stressful
environment for the bulls as well as the sales staff and will facilitate a
smoother sale with a faster load out. Bidding will be done to the auc-
tioneer as usual. Our sale ring will be heated and we will begin serving
lunch at 11:00 a.m.
