REGISTRATION AND UPDATED EPD’S
All cattle will be registered in the American Simmental
Association or American Angus Association unless other-
wise stated. Please note that EPD’s may change from the
time the sale catalog is printed until registration paper is trans-
ferred. All EPD’s are Spring 2013. Refer to supplement sheet for
updated carcass EPD’s.
CONDITIONS OF SALE
All animals will be sold in accordance with suggested guidelines
of the American Simmental Association and American Angus
Association. Unless other conditions are stated in this catalog.
LIVESTOCK INSURANCE
Livestock mortality insurance will be available sale day. We en-
courage buyers to insure their purchases.
TRUCKING / FEEDING OPTIONS
Option 1 —
$100 off bulls (only) hauled home the weekend of
the sale.
Option 2 —
Free delivery on $5000 purchases, within 200 miles
to central sale barns or other agreed upon locations. Free delivery
will begin March 21st.
Option 3 —
Bulls kept past April 1st at buyer’s request will be
charged $3/hd per day and may be picked up at the buyer’s con-
vienence. We cannont guarantee against injuries or accidents that
are not due to neglect. If bulls are left at the ranch we strongly
suggest you insure your purchase. The bulls become your prop-
erty when they are sold.
VOLUME TRUCKING DISCOUNTS
5 bulls = 500 miles free trucking
10 bulls = 1000 miles free trucking
15 bulls = 1500 miles free trucking
20 bulls = Free Trucking in continental U.S. (lower 48 states)
BREEDING GUARANTEE
All bulls selling will have passed a Complete Breeding Sound-
ness Exam and are ready to turn out on cows immediately. All
bulls are guaranteed for 100 days from date of sale for fertility.
We will replace the bull or give credit towards another bull pur-
chase if there is an issue with fertility in the first 100 days. We
stand behind all of our bulls and want you to be satisfied so let us
know as soon as possible if there are any problems. Please con-
tact us before culling the bull. We cannot guarantee bulls against
injury or death so we recommend insuring your purchase.
