An impressive herd
sire prospect out
of Basin Excitement with a birth ratio of 93 and a weaning
ratio of 110. This larger framed, calving-ease bull is deep and
has as much capacity as you can find. He is thick with plenty
of length. His Pathfinder Dam sired by Connealy Thunder
has birth ratios of 5-97, weaning ratio 5-106, yearling ratio
of 3-107, and a ribeye ratio of 4-111. Her first bull calf was
taken to the Dickinson Bull Test and sold to Dally Angus
at Montpellier. Her second bull calf was also taken to the
Dickinson Bull Test where he topped the sale and sold to Kyle
Hawkins at Killdeer, and her third son sold to our longtime
customer Dallas Bakken. We have retained her only daughter
in our herd, which will be coming with her first calf. She
stems from the great Rose family that has five other bulls in
this sale. Lots 6, 20, 25 and 31. Weighing in at 1,155 lbs. on
December 1st, he is well on his way to being a true herd bull.

his flank. His beautifully uddered Impression daughter, who
stems from the Anna cow family, has a birth ratio of 2-92 and
a weaning ratio of 2-104. She is well on her way to becoming
a Pathfinder. There are three other bulls in this sale that stem
from the Anna family, Lots 11, 16 and 34. With curve-bending
EPDs like this, you can only expect good things. The females
