Herd Health :
All cattle will have had shots, been poured, and will be
ready for shipment.
Liability:
Neither the owners nor anyone connected with the sale
assumes responsibility, legal or otherwise, for damages of
any kind. All persons who attend the sale do so at their
own risk.
First Breeding Season Guarantee:
All bulls with an injury occurring by September 1 or
within 90 days of turnout must be returned to the Over-
millers to receive any credit. All claims must be turned in
by September 1 or no guarantees will be honored. In case
of death by natural causes or disaster in the same time
period we will credit 50% at next year’s sale.
Terms of Sale:
Payment is due the day of the sale.
Lot # and Sale Order are the same.
Delivery of Bulls:
Free delivery starting April 1st for up to 150 miles or
we will make every effort to accommodate the buyer.
We will deduct $50 if you take your bull home sale day.
Transfers:
All registered cattle will be transferred into the buyer’s
name. Bulls and Heifers listed as commercial have no
papers.

Directions to Ranch :
From Hwy. 36 and 281 junction in Smith Center go 11
miles north on P Road to 50 Road, (Church on corner)
Turn west, go 1 mile to O Road and then 1/4 mile back
north to drive.
From Riverton, NE go 11 miles south on 41 1/2 Road,
to church corner 50 Road, turn west, go 1 mile west and
then 1/4 mile back north on O Road to drive.
Other Information:
Final data on cattle will be available sale day including
scrotal measurements, yearling weights, & scan data.
On sale day, scan information will be available on the
bulls. More Homo Black and Polled tests will be avail-
able sale day.
We are retaining a 1/2 semen interest on all bulls unless
otherwise noted.
Any past customer who buys a bull this year and brings
a new purchaser will receive $50 off their bull.
