Sale Terms and Conditions:
All buyer numbers will only be issued with a valid ID and payment
is due day of sale. DP Sales Management would appreciate
timely settlement of receivables within 15 days of date of sale. Any
person not complying with that guideline will be pursued legally.
DP Sales accepts Visa/Mastercard. Cattle will not be transferred
until paid for in full. Cattle will sell under Suggested Sale Terms
and Conditions of the American Simmental Association For

Announcements:
Announcements made sale day from the auction block during
the sale take precedence over printed material associated with
this sale. Anyone attending this sale attends at his or her own
risk, neither sale management nor Mountain View Farm assume
liability for accidents or loss of property. DP Sales Management
is only an agent for the seller and has no responsibilities other
than those involved in conducting the sale. Mountain View Farm
is BQA certified and certified Johnnes free herd.
Sexed Heifer Semen:
Sexed semen is not 100% accurate, therefore Gettysburg Stars &
Stripes consignors can not guarantee gender of resulting calves.
EPDs:
Please note the EPDs may change from the time the sale catalog
is printed until registration papers are transferred. EPDs listed
are the new Spring 2015 numbers.
Directions to Sale Site:
From the North, South or West, take the I-81 exit for Route 30 East at
Chambersburg toward Gettysburg. After crossing over South Mountain,
look for road signs directing you to “Land of Little Horses” and “KOA
Campground”. These signs will alert you to the right hand turn from Route
30 onto Knoxlyn Road. After making the turn onto Knoxlyn Road, our farm
lane entrance will be 1.4 miles on the right. Vehicles with trailers please
take the second entrance and follow signs to the trailer parking area.
From the North, South or East, take Route 30 West from Route 15
thru the town of Gettysburg. Three miles on Route 30 West from the
Gettysburg town square (traffic circle), you will make a left hand turn
onto Knoxlyn Road. Road signs for “Land of Little Horses” and “KOA
Campground” will alert you to the turn. After making the turn onto
Knoxlyn Road, our farm lane entrance will be 1.4 miles on the right.
Vehicles with trailers please take the second entrance and follow signs to
the trailer parking area.
