There are 26 more black Angus bulls selling right after this pen. They just happen to be registered
with another Angus breed association and I am confident that you will find some that you really
like. Lots 133-159 you can compare our exclusive star ratings and their %Rank tell you where they
rank in the breed, but EPDs between the Angus bulls & Black Red Angus bulls are not comparable.
This pen has the last 8 Angus bulls that are registered with the American Angus Association and they should work well on red cows or cows that
that you know do not have the DD gene. Angus has discovered a genetic condition that will not produce adverse conditions in their offspring
when bred to cows that do not have this gene. Therefore if you breed them to red cows or cows of low Angus content - you should expect excellent
results. Many people including ourselves bred bulls like these DDC bulls to Angus cows for years and saw virtually no impact, but research shows
their to be some risk of decreasing your percentage calf crop. Take a look at lot 130 and you can see that even calves that inherit this gene from
both parents can be perfectly normal and productive cattle.
