• Each year a member of the ND Simmental Association provides a heifer for which
tickets are auctioned off for her possession. The funds from this auction are utilized
by the ND Simmental Association for the promotion and development of NDSA &
NDJSA programs. Impressively enough, many past donation heifers have gone on
to produce progeny that have been consigned to this sale, which makes a statement
about the quality of heifers that are donated! ??? This year we are thankful to the
JR Aufforth family of Northern Plains Simmental from Bowbells, ND for providing
an outstanding individual. NPS Queen of Hearts – a red, polled, open heifer with
excellent numbers – is sired by BCLR Dealin A110, a top-selling bull from the Bichler
Simmental Program. Here is an opportunity for you to not only support the ND
Simmental Association, but to win this heifer that has a lifetime of production ahead
of her. Tickets may be purchased at the sale, but feel free to contact KimMyers any
time before the sale to purchase your tickets as well!
