Annual RAB Spring Bull Sale
(Following the Black bulls and just before the Red Angus bulls)
How the Commercial Heifer Sale will work:
• Consignments will all be videoed prior to the sale and video of each consignment will be available through
RABrownRanch.com, along with the bull videos.
• Heifers will be sold in
“gate-cut”
sorts of approximately 10 head. The winning bidder will have the option of
“rolling” subsequent and consecutive 10 head sorts from the same lot, and at the same bid price.
• The following pages include general descriptions of each ranch’s entire consignment as well as delivery infor-
mation. Our Sale Day Supplement will have updated palpation/ultrasound information and how that impacts the
exact number of head in each lot.
• The Commercial heifer lots represented in this catalog will be sold FOB their respective consignor’s ranch.
Breeding Guarantee:
All commercial Females identified as “Bred” have been determined pregnant by a
competent ultrasound or palpation technician.
Fall calving females
are those females represented as calving prior to January 1, 2017
If prior to May 1, 2017 it is determined (by competent palpation/ultrasound technician) that one of the com-
mercial females you purchased in this sale is not pregnant, then please call us and you will be reimbursed
(by the seller ) the difference between her purchase price and the salvage value you receive for her.
