Terms of Payment:
Terms of payment are cash, cashier’s check or personal check.
Contact Brandon for preapproved payment if needed.
Inspection of Animals:
All animals will be available for inspection at the farm. Please call
ahead for viewing if possible. Cattle may also be viewed by video
at
Retained Interest:
Sellers will be retaining 1/3 semen revenue sharing interest in
every bull unless otherwise declared. Full possession and salvage
value belonging to the purchaser unless otherwise stated.
Sale Location:
Approximately 9 miles southwest of Leavenworth or 9 miles
northeast of Tonganoxie or 12 miles east of McLouth. (see map on
back cover).
Herd Health:
All animals receive a dual round of Resvac4/Soumbac, One Shot
Ultra 7 and are poured with Dectomax at weaning. In the spring
they are given Bovishield Gold FPS VL5, One Shot Ultra 7, Piligard
Triview (pinkeye) and poured with Dectomax. All animals will be
tested BVD-PI free. All females over 120 days of age have been
officially calfhood vaccinated for Brucellosis.
All animals being shipped out of state will be accompanied with
the proper health certificate for immediate shipment.
Guarantee:
Every bull has passed a rigid Breeding Soundness Exam so you
know you are purchasing a sound, fertile bull that is guaranteed
for the first breeding season. Climatic and physiological conditions
greatly affect a young bull, so we encourage
moderation in
female numbers and a good nutritional supplement.
If a
problem develops during the first breeding season, following
our vets examination, the bull will be replaced with a bull of
equivalent value or credit (less salvage value) will be given toward
a replacement.
The females are guaranteed safe in calf or have a calf at side.
Yearling heifers are guaranteed to breed.
Supplemental Information:
A supplemental sheet will be available sale day with complete and
up-to-date information. All registered animals in the sale are AM,
NH CA and DD free by pedigree or testing.
$50 Rebate:
Purchased lots picked up by March 27, 2017 will receive a $50
rebate. We’ll be glad to hold your animals until April 22, 2017
without charge. After April 22, 2017 there will be a $1.50 per day
charge to cover feed costs.
Registration Papers:
Registration papers will be mailed after the sale.
Terms and Conditions:

precedence over printed material.
Liability:
All persons who attend the sale do so at their own risk. New Haven
Angus assumes no responsibility, legal or otherwise, for their safety
or the behavior of the animals.
Bidding:
Bidding will be by number.

A complimentary lunch will be provided sale day at 11 a.m. Come
