On behalf of the Oklahoma Brangus Association we would like to invite you to our annual
spring sale. We believe you be well pleased with our spring offering of bulls and females both
registered and commercial. The quality of the offering runs deep. The top end of the bulls
could be a big asset to fellow Brangus breeders and commercial producers who are striving to
make big improvements in their existing herds. This spring our consignors have stepped up
and made the dedication to have turned in to IBBA all weights through yearling plus yearling
ultrasound data. Note “ There are a few 2 year old bulls without this information, but in future
sales every bull will have this information.”
Plus some consignors have stepped up one step further and will have Geonomic Enhanced
EPDs and sire and dam verified through DNA on their bulls and or females.
Be sure to read the article on Geonomic Enhanced EPDs and their added value included in
this catalog written by Dr Megan Roff of OSU.
The female offering is very nice and their are quite a few sired by some of the top AI sires in
our breed. Study these females and add some to your cowherd.
We also have some very nice early consignments of commercial females. If you’ve been in
the cattle business long you know these Brangus sired females will continue to be raising big
calves long after many of the others have passed through to make McDonald’s hamburgers.
We will be accepting more Brangus sired consignments, so if you have some good ones call
now.
