Sale orders and supplemental information will be available on
Saturday morning prior to the sale. Announcements from the
auction block regarding the cattle selling in this sale will take
precedence over any printed information.
LIABILITY
All persons attending the sale do so at their own risk, legal or
otherwise, for their safety or the behavior of the animals. The
owners, sale management, and hosts assume no liability for
loss or damages however so caused.
TRUCKING
Responsible trucking available. Trucking is the responsibility
of buyer. Consignors will gladly help to make arrangements
for trucking. All animals become the responsibility of new
owner upon end of sale.

payment and delivery.
NEWOPTION
Mortality and fertility insurance will be available on all bulls selling in this sale.
If buyer chooses to purchase this option the seller will pay 3% of purchase price
of said bull or bulls towards the cost of a one year mortality and fertility policy.
Insurance policy at that time takes the place of breeding soundness and fertility
guarantee furnished by seller. Insurance agents will be available before and after
auction to discuss any policy questions.
