Rancher’s Choice Bull Sale
Terms & Conditions
In the event an animal is claimed to be a non-breeder, the bull may be returned to the seller at the
buyer’s expense under the following conditions:
A) The bull must be in good physical condition with a Vet Heath Certificate stating condition and
problem with the bull. The bull must be tested for Brucellosis, T.B., and Trich prior to returning. This is
at the buyer’s expenses.
B) Seller may replace the bull with a bull of equal or more value and is limited only to the extent of
the purchase price in any settlement or adjustment made.
C) Seller has the right to retest the bull within 30 days after the bull is returned.
D) The adjustments do not preclude the right of the buyer and seller to mutually agree upon other
terms and conditions.
All guarantees and claims are made by the sellers and buyers should look to the individual seller for
fulfillment of these guarantees and claims. The
Rancher’s Choice Bull Sale, Outfront Cattle Service,
and Nixon Livestock Commission Co.,
are not responsible for any guarantees or claims.
The Registration papers on all bulls will be transferred to buyers upon checks clearing the banks. All
information on the bulls and registration papers have been furnished to Outfront Cattle Service by the
sellers and this information is believed to be correct, but is not guaranteed.
All persons attend this sale at their own risk and

are not responsible for accidents or injuries.
