CUSTOMER APPRECIATION “REWARDS SYSTEM”
Starting with the 2008 sale, every buyer was entitled to be eligible to participate in a new program that
Rewards Buyers for purchasing bulls each year at this sale. Every buyer will receive a 5% discount on bull/s
purchased in the 2014 sale that goes towards purchases in the 2015 bull sale. (The discount has to be used
in the following year only and does not carry forward).
This programwas started to let buyers knowhowmuchwe appreciate their business by showing a reward
for their loyality in purchasing bulls from these same consignors, year after year! Buyers in 2015 will be
credited with 5% discount in 2016 sale.
Example:
In 2013, a buyer bought 2 bulls at $4000.00 each. 5%equals $400.00 credit towards purchase of bull/s in
the 2014 sale. If you have to buy lots of bulls each year, this will add up rapidly!
In November, 2015, we mailed each buyer from the 2014 sale with the amount of their discount from the
2014 sale that can be applied to the 2015 sale. If you have any questions about the program, please contact
the Sale Manager.
Again, we appreciate your business verymuch and the friendships we have developed over the years. We
look foward to visiting with you December 5th in Nixon, Texas!
TRUCKING ARRANGEMENTS:
We will offer another program for buyers in our 2015 sale. In lieu of the 5% Rewards Program, if you
choose, we will deliver all purchases of five or more bulls Free of Charge. If you choose the trucking
program, you will not be eligible for the 5% discount the following year. We constantly work to make
your bull buying the best experience we can.We realize not all programs work for everyone, so we hope
this will be of more advantage to some of the buyers in far away locations.
We will also allowneighbors to“pool”their purchases to add up to the five head as long as the delivery
is to one location. If you have any question, please contact sale manager.
Some bulls did not have their Ultrasound data available at press time for the catalog and
their information will be available sale day or contact sale manager for data before sale.
This sale will be broadcast live on the internet.
If you would like to participate with DVAuctions, please contact them to make arrangements
