and has commuter air service from both Chicago and St. Louis. Peoria, Illinois is
located 50 miles west of the sale site and is served by major airlines. Planes will
be met upon request, with proper notice.

LIABILITY:
All persons who attend this sale do so at their own risk, legal or otherwise,
for their safety or for the behavior of the animals. The owners, sale management
firm, and the sale staff assume no liability for property loss or any accident that
may occur.
HERD HEALTH:
All cattle will be accompanied by proper health certificates for
immediate shipment.
TRUCKING:
Truckers believed to be reliable will be available to assist you in shipping
your purchases.
LIVESTOCK MORTALITY INSURANCE:
To properly insure your investment, James F. Bessler,

assist you with mortality insurance coverage.

complete and up-to-date calving information. Announcements from auction block

FOOD AND REFRESHMENTS:
Lunch will be served sale day.
HALF-INTEREST FEMALES:
Buyer owns one-half of natural calves and one-half of
embryo production. Sire selection will be by mutual decision of Dameron and
buyer. Dameron Angus will maintain female after show career. Buyer’s share of
transplant fees will be the only additional cost to the buyer after initial investment.
SPECIAL NOTE:
Dameron Angus reserves the right to collect ten transferable embryos,
at our expense, on all females selling. We also retain, at our expense, the
opportunity to obtain a DNA cell line for cloning purposes on all cattle selling.
