Guarantee:
Buyers of all bulls, selling for $4,000 or more, injured the first breeding season will
have credit at the next sale at the value of the purchase price minus salvage value. Contact Lemke
Cattle promptly in this event. The breeding season is defined as the 90 day period following first
turnout of a bull. Guarantee applies to bulls in single bull breeding pastures only.
Health:
All bulls are on a complete health program. Vaccinated with IBR, BVD Type I and II, P13,
BRSV, Pasturella, 7-way, Haemophilus, wormed and poured. All bulls have tested negative BVD.
Fertility Tested:
All bulls will have passed a fertility test and examination by Stephen Russell DVM.
Feeding:
The bulls are fed a high roughage growing ration so they develop, not get fat. Customer
feedback has been that the bulls are holding up very well.
Delivery:
Free delivery of bulls in Nebraska and Northern Kansas, or meet at central locations.
Transportation of females is the responsibility of the buyer and must be picked up within two days of the
sale. We’ll be happy to assist with transportation and females will be fed and cared for until picked up.
Free Care:
Bulls will be fed and cared for at purchaser’s risk until April 1st. Bulls may be fed after
April 1st at the cost of $4.00 per head per day. Any bulls picked up within 3 days of sale will have $100
deducted from purchase price.
Lunch:
A beef meal will be provided sale day.
Announcements:
Any announcements made sale day will take precedence over any information
printed in the catalog.
Liability & Accidents:
Every precaution will be taken to protect the safety and comfort of those
attending the sale. All persons attending the sale do so at their own risk and neither the owner or sale
staff assume any responsibility or liability, legal, or otherwise for any accidents occurring in or about
the premises.
All bulls selling have been tested and are free of genetic defects.
Supplement Sheets
with ultrasound data, scrotal measurements, and yearling weights will be available sale day.

Embryo Transplant Calves
are born to and raised from a recipient cow, therefore the actual birth and
weaning weights are not an accurate representation of the calves performance.
EPD’s give a much more accurate picture of their true genetic potential.
