General Sale Information
Fellow Cattlemen,
Welcome to the Jindra Angus 16th Annual Production Sale.
I would like to thank you for taking time to give our program
consideration. As another year has gone by, I am truly grateful
for you as our friends, customers and fellow cattlemen. It is
with your success in mind that we strive to create a great
product.
At Jindra Angus we have stayed the course and continue to
produce the same venue of high performance cattle. Our herd
is influenced by genetics from many great Angus programs, but
our gene pool grows most heartily from Scotch Cap genetics.
The commitment to these genetics is consistent over time, and
far more intricate than following fads or using popular sires.
The 3rd Dimension sons are very powerful this year and
there’s also another exciting set of Double Vision and Guinness
progeny to headline the sale. Their daughters in production
are really showing up with some great progeny of their own
throughout the offering. Additional sire groups offer a lot of
options on some really good cattle, including a Ten X son
(Lot 73) and a Reserve son (Lot 72) by full sisters to Double
Vision. Don’t miss the heifers as they offer a great opportunity
for premier genetics as well.
Numbers and pictures can only do so much, so if there are
certain traits or characteristics you are after, be sure to let me
know and I’d be glad to try and help discuss the cattle. All in
all, we feel they are the best we’ve ever raised, and are very
excited about these genetics!
Thanks on behalf of everyone at Jindra Angus!

Please note that fall bulls are listed intermittently with the spring bulls under the proper sire group. Data for weights
and ultrasound were collected under different conditions so do not compare spring bull data directly with the fall bull data.
EPDs are current as of 2/8/16.
