Jensen Bros. will retain a 1/3 semen interest on every bull lot
in the sale unless announced sale day different.
Jensen Bros. reserves the right to collect semen at Jensen Bros.
cost and the buyers convenience. The interest retained will not affect
your use or schedule you will have 100% possession of the bull.
termS OF Sale
Each animal sells to highest bidder and auctioneer will settle disputes
with sale day announcements taking precedence over statements in the catalog.
Terms and conditions of the American Hereford Assoc. will be used.
GuarantEE
Bulls are guaranteed for 1 year against breeding injuries. Jensen Bros. will
replace your purchase with another bull if available or credit in next sale. In this
case salvage value comes back to Jensen Bros. Insurance is available for
mortality if it’s not a breeding injury. Bulls will be semen evaluated
wintering
Jensen Bros. will care for bulls until April 15, 2016 at no charge.
Bulls that stay at Jensen Bros. must be insured sale day at clerk’s desk contact

persons who attend the sale do so at their own risk. Owners assume no liability,
legal or otherwise, for accidents or loss of property that may occur.
DELIVERY - ON BULLS ONLY
Delivery free first 500 miles and guarantee delivery won’t cost over $250 per lot.
If buyer makes volume purchases delivery will be available for over 500 miles
please visit with Kevin or Sheila.
