We are looking forward to having you join us
Friday, March 4th at 1 p.m. for our 23rd Annual
Gelbvieh, Red Angus and Balancer Bull Sale at the
Platte Livestock Auction, Platte, S.D.
We will be offering 75 yearling bulls. Select
from red and black, purebred and balancer, polled
genetics. Many bulls have been identified as
homozygous black.
The bulls have been fed a home grown high
roughage ration to enhance growth and sound-
ness, NOT FAT!!! Complete performance and
EPD’s have been provided for your benefit. The
bulls have been Igenity
®
tested for multiple traits.
These numbers are another tool for you to use to
make your breeding decisions.
Put more pounds on your calf crop and add
to your profits with proven Gelbvieh and Red
Angus genetics. We use proven herd sires for
calving ease, fertility, growth, muscle, and mater-
nal excellence. Many of these bulls have low birth
and high growth EPD’s. We are more than willing
to recommend bulls to meet your specifications.
We would like to invite you to the farm to in-
spect the cattle; they will be here until March 3rd,
when they will be moved to Platte Livestock
