TERMS AND CONDITIONS:
Cattle will sell under the suggested terms and conditions of both
the American Angus Association and the American Hereford
Association.
Terms of the sale are cash and settlement is expected at the con-
clusion of the auction.
HERD HEALTH:
All of the bulls are eligible for interstate shipment and will have
proper health papers. All the bulls have been vaccinated for
Blackleg, IBR, PI3, BVD, and Dewormed with Ivomec. They have
also passed a BSE and are ready for service.
INSURANCE:
A representative of James F. Bessler Inc. will be available sale day
to assist with insurance arrangements.
LOCATION:
The sale will be held at the Boyd Beef Sale barn located at 6670 US
Hwy 68 just south of Mays Lick and approximately 8 miles south of
Maysville, KY.

RETAINED OWNERSHIP ON BULLS:
Angus Bulls -
On all the Angus bulls selling, a one-third
semen interest will be retained. The purchaser will receive full
possession and full salvage value.
Hereford Bulls -
On the Hereford Bulls selling, a one-
quarter semen interest will be retained. The purchaser will receive
full possession and full salvage value.
BULL GUARANTEE:
Each bull is guaranteed to be fertile and a sound
breeder. In the event of a fertility problem, a replacement
bull will be provided if available or credit in our 2016 bull
sale, minus salvage of that bull.
