In traveling to Illinois in the search of a new genetics we came across a herd of cattle that really excited us. In particular the genetics of the Bala Bell 577 and Blackcap 070-4132. These bloodlines
run deep in the Musgrave Herd and have contributed to a lot of their success through their cattle sales. We spent many days making many calls getting these embryos imported to Canada and
were hoping to gain some females in the process, we did however the bulls outweighted the females. We are retaining one Bando 1961 son. And are offering 2 others of equal quality to the bull
we are retaining. The 3 bulls from Blackcap 070 are real easy to find in the pen and offer the profile of their fabulous mom. We unfortunately never got any females and will not be retaining any
sons due to the amount of Boulder and Foundation use we have in the herd. These calves have not disappointed and were worth all the work to get them here. So this is your opportunity to gather
some of the great genetics we have traveled miles to find over the years.
