a superior product to provide to you. We truly enjoy the opportunity to work
side by side with your cattle operations, and it is those connections with our
customers that we solely treasure. We continue to strive for excellence in
our cattle program and are very proud of the progeny that we have to offer
you this year. Our cattle represent over 40 years of tried and true methods of
uncompromising standards to achieve the very best for you.
As our very first all video bull sale met with great success last year, we have
decided to continue to bring the latest and greatest technologies to you
and will once again showcase our bulls in an all video auction. The bulls
can be viewed any time at the farm two miles south of Frederick. They will
be penned before and on sale day at our farm, and can be viewed online
at
or DVAuction. We look forward to renewing old
friendships and are excited to make new ones, they are the backbone of this
industry.

Sale Terms & Conditions:
1) All cattle will sell under the terms and conditions adopted by the American
Simmental Association.
2) We guarantee our cattle to be breeders but reserve the right to test any animal that
may be returned to us as a non-breeder for one hundred eighty (180) days before
making an adjustment. Cattle will be returned at the buyer’s expense, and if declared
a sound breeder by a competent veterinarian the cattle will be returned to the buyer’s
ranch at the buyer’s expense. In case an adjustment is required, we will provide you
with a satisfactory replacement (if available) or issue you a credit equal to the bull’s
purchase price minus the salvage value of $1,000.
3) Any death or injury after the animal is sold is at the buyer’s risk.
4) Anyone attending this sale attends at their own risk. The Hart’s or any of the sale
force will not be held responsible for any personal injury while attending this sale.
5) Hart Simm. will retain 1/3 semen revenue sharing interest on all 2013 sale bulls.

Hart Simmentals Hosts Accelerated Genetic’s 2013 Beef Tour of NE and SD!
On September 27th, 2013, Hart Simmentals played host to Accelerated Genetic’s 2013 Beef Tour of Nebraska and
South Dakota. Over 38 representatives from over 17 states took part in a tour of cattlemen’s beef operations that linked
them to their AI proven herd sires that they have a vested interest in. HART ECLIPSE 510Y was bought by WAGR Cattle
Company and Accelerated Genetics in the 2012 Hart Simmentals Annual Production Sale. Accelerated Genetics was
treated to a special peek of his offspring that are offered in the sale today.
Thanks to Accelerated Genetics for their
patronage and faith in our breeding program. We wish them a prosperous 2014!
