This lot combines the genetics of the high growth, first
generation sire Bear Bryant with the high IMF genetics of
CEO through her dam. Her sire, Bear Bryant, is considered
one of the most prepotent first generation sires of this era
and has earned a well deserved reputation for producing
high maternal females with depth of rib and capacity.
607T17 ranks in the top 10% of the breed for Milk making
her an obvious choice to use in an ET program to produce
replacement females. There is no shortage of muscle as she
ranks in the top 3% for rib eye area and excels for growth
traits with a ranking in the top 25% for weaning weight and
top 30% for yearling weight. Her progeny calve easily as
she ranks in the top 15% for CED and top 3% for CEM. She
backs up her data with an average weaning weight ratio
of 107 on seven progeny and an average yearling weight
ratio of 102 on five progeny. Moreover, the adjusted rib eye
