Bruns Angus Farms is retaining 1/3 semen interest in all bulls selling.

The cattle may be viewed at the farm anytime prior to the sale.
TERMS
CASH
- please settle for cattle promptly. Bulls will be retained until April 1st. At that
time, they will be semen tested and arrangements will be made to deliver bulls.
OWNERSHIP
Cattle are the property of the buyer as soon as sold, with buyer taking complete risk.
HEALTH
Interstate health papers furnished on all cattle selling. Bruns Angus Farms is Phase
1 Johnes Free.
TERMS & CONDITIONS
All cattle sell according to the standard terms and conditions of the American Angus
Association.
TRUCKING
Free delivery within 200 miles on bulls. We will be glad to assist in making the best
possible trucking arrangements.
INSURANCE
Will be available sale day through a Harding & Harding agent, contact Ron Bruns.
