We are selling one-half interest with the option to double the price and own full interest in Lot 1. If the buyer opts
to partner with us, they have the further option to either take possession, or leave the possession with SydGen.
Whichever partner has the possession will own 100% of any natural calves born in the future. The other partner
will be entitled to one-half of her embryo production, and will pay half the expenses of any ET or IVF work done on
the female. If the service sire cannot be agreed upon, the two owners will alternate selection of the service sire. If
the heifer is sold, the net revenue after sale expense will be split 50-50.

We chose VAR Generation 2100 as an outcross sire for some of our top females, and Lots 1, 2 and
4 today offer some of the stellar results, with three of the top 5 $W Values of all the heifer calves
offered.

This long-bodied, stylish heifer calf ranks as the second highest $B Value daughter of Generation
in the breed, as well as offering one of the strongest multi-trait EPD profiles available anywhere.

Fourth dam, 0020, was the $62,000 top-selling female in our 2002 sale to Three Trees Angus

the breed, as well as being the dam of SydGen Contact 2063.
