- Wintering arrangements available at cost (approx-
imately $300 per bull) until March 15, 2017.
Mortality insurance
is required
on all bulls wintered at Sitz Angus. Licensed insurance
representatives will be available sale day.
HERD HEALTH
–
SALE COWS:
These mature cows have been maintained on annual
Express FP 5 and Reprostar VL5 HB as well as annual Vision 8 and
ReproStar L5 HB. Cows also receive Scourguard 4KC or Scourbos
9 pre-calving.
SALE HEIFERS:
These heifers received Vista Once SC, Vision 8/
Somnus and Multimin at weaning, followed by Brucellosis vaccine,
ReproStar L5 HB, Ocuguard, M. Bovoculi and Ivermectin approxi-
mately 2 months post-weaning. Pre-breeding they received Express
FP 5, ReproStar VL5 HB, Ocuguard and Multimin. Fall of 2016,
these heifers received ReproStar L5 HB and Ivermectin.
SALE BULLS:
These bulls received Vista Once SC, Vision 8/
Somnus, MpB Guard, and Multimin at weaning, followed by MpB
Guard, Fusoguard, Wart Vaccine and Ivermectin approximately 1
month later. Prior to turn-out on grass, these bulls received Ex-
press FP 5 and Fusoguard. September of 2016, these bulls received
Express FP 5, MpB Guard, Fusoguard, Multimin and Ivermectin at
return to test from grass.
PATHFINDER
- Sires and dams in pedigrees are indicated by the
# mark.
ULTRASOUND PREGNANCY TEST
- All females have been
ultrasound pregnancy tested by Dr. Chuck Gue and Travis Cline.
Heifers have been synchronized and AI bred for a calving start date
of February 1, 2017.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS
- The cattle sell under the terms
and conditions of the American Angus Association dated June 7,
2012.
CONDITIONING OF SALE BULLS
- Every bull has a useful
performance record. These bulls have been handled in a practical
manner, developed without creep until weaning time, turned out on
grass for the summer and finished on a light growing ration until sale

- If you visit with Jim, Bob or
Joe prior to the sale, we will match bulls to your specifications. Your
satisfaction will be guaranteed on all of these orders.

SETTLEMENT
- Payment for bulls purchased at the sale MUST
be made before delivery unless prior arrangements were made.
Females purchased at the sale will not be released until payment
has been made. Registration papers will not be transferred to your
member code until payment is received.
TRUCKING - FREE DELIVERY ON BULLS
up to 1,000 miles.
Delivery arrangements will be made on females at buyer’s expense.
Bulls picked up within 5 days of sale will qualify for a
$50 Discount
Per Bull.
RETAINED INTEREST
- Sitz Angus Ranch is retaining one-
third revenue sharing semen interest in every bull selling in this sale.
Full possession and full salvage value sells on all bulls.
LIABILITY
- All persons who attend the sale do so at their own
risk, and Sitz Angus Ranch assumes no liability, legal or otherwise,
for any accidents which may occur.
