NXT Hot Topic C513 certainly has been a hot topic everywhere she has
travelled this summer having already taken accolades at both the AJSA Eastern
Regional (5th overall B/O) and the AJSA National Classic (14th overall B/O) as a
December baby. This up-headed, long-fronted diva knows she is a show heifer
and has an ever-attractive baldy face. Hot Topic combines a big top and thick
hip and carries that thickness thru her lower third. Not only is she a force on
the tanbark, but we are quickly finding she is backed by a young, but generating
donor dam – NXT Hot Dam Z23. Hot Dam is a Steel Force X Cayenne (a NWSS
Champion). Her first calf (a Make It Rain) was 9th Overall B/O for Ty at the ’15
AJSA National Classic. Her first ET calf (by Duracell) will be a sale feature at
the upcoming Land of Lincoln Sale. Add in the Black Jade influence via her
sire Uproar and her pedigree is hot topic material as well. We know if you want
participate in the NAILE Select Sale, you better bring a good one. Even better
than a good one is a good one that already has a decorated track record.

Kid broke, attractive, sound…everything you need to head to Mississippi
next summer. RP/JBP Evergreen D606 is stout and powerful but is also very
attractive. HPRP Evergreen 107Y the dam of this show heifer prospect was a
member of the Champion Percentage Heifer Pen of 3 at the NWSS. D606 was
the highest performing heifer calf we raised at Rocking P in the spring of 2016.
D606 is big ribbed, sound, and has a lot of internal capacity which will make her
a great cow down the road. She has been shown all summer by Josie and has
a great disposition. D606 has also been very successful in the show ring this far.
She claimed the title Calf Champion in both the Junior and Open show at the
2016 Simmental Breeders Sweepstakes. We are excited to see you on the end
of her halter in the upcoming year.
