Liability:
All persons attending the sale do so at their own
risk. The owners of Linthicum Angus Ranch and/or sales
staff assume no liability, legal or otherwise, for injury loss or
damages.
Herd Health:
All cattle will be accompanied by proper
health certificates for immediate shipment.
Cattle Viewing:
The cattle will be available for viewing at
any time prior to the sale by appointment. Please call Linthi-

ed Terms and Conditions of the American Angus Association

Delivery:
Free delivery nationwide (48 states) on all bull
purchase totaling $12,000+. Free delivery to surrounding
states on all bulls selling for $4,000+. Females will be
available to be delivered at the buyer’s expense by Lathrop
Trucking (847) 910-4673.
Sight Unseen Purchases:
If you can’t make it to the sale,
we will do our best to represent the cattle to you. Please call
at least 72 hours ahead of the sale, if possible, to discuss
your needs. You may leave bids with us or call a representa-
tive of the sale.
Supplemental Information:
A supplement sheet will be
available sale day with any alternate information needed.
Announcements from the auction block take precedence over
information listed in the sale book or supplement sheet.
Settlement:
Cattle purchases will be settled on sale day
prior to load out. Terms of the sale are cash or check, unless
arrangements have been made prior to sale day.
