BALDRIDGE WAYLON W34 Sire of Lots 118-137.
I feel I am not alone when I say: it’s hard to deny that most of the good cattle, by any standard, have at least some Angus in them. With that
being said, why wouldn’t you source your Angus genetics for however you’re intended use from the very best breeder available? Some would say
that they must sacrifice because of geographic region, or because of the risk involved with moving young bulls across the country, but those are
issues Southern Cattle Company has tackled. On November 26th, we are proud to offer for sale, Angus bulls out of a cow herd that is known for its
maternal strengths and adaptability, worldwide. The cows behind these bulls are the “who’s-who” in the Angus industry. You can go to any of the
other top programs in the nation and see the influence that the Thomas Angus Ranch has made. Most of these bulls are straight out of an exten-
sive embryo transfer program; therefore, they offer the most current genetics and sought after pedigrees available. Not to mention the fact that,
you can put together full brothers or bulls that are at the very least, bred extremely similar to use on large groups of cattle in a multi-sire group
or individually to create an extremely uniform set of calves for sale or replacement heifers. These bulls have either been raised in the Southeast
or been with us for the last year. They are acclimated, and are ready to infuse some of the best Angus genetics into our Southeastern region or
wherever you should choose to haul them.
As we studied our Angus offering, we felt that out of some very competitive sire groups that we are going to start the division with the sons of
Baldridge Waylon W34. I really like the Waylon bulls and what they have to offer. We know that as you get to evaluate this offering, you will agree.
