Interested in smoky or tan calves that can quality grade and still not end
up with a boatload of 3’s and 20% YG 4’s? As consumer producers, we
should be. Fat costs money and very few like it! Trimming it off with a
knife is very expensive—plus, then we import foreign lean cattle to use
