GENERAL SALE INFORMATION
TIME OF SALE -
The sale will start promptly at noon.
TERMS -
Terms of the sale are cash (or check) and each
animal will be sold to the highest bidder with the auctioneer
settling any disputes as to bids. Announcements made from
the auction block will take precedence over any printed
material. Each animal will become the property of the buyer as
soon as sold and will be taken care of for a reasonable amount
of time after the sale at the buyer’s risk. We strongly advise
buyers to insure their purchases.
All persons who attend the sale do so at their own risk and the
owners assume no liability, legal or otherwise, for any accidents
which may occur.
GUARANTEE -
All bulls are guaranteed to be breeders. Any
animal failing to breed within six months of sale date may be
returned to the seller if in good condition. The purchaser must
notify the seller of his dissatisfaction with an animal in writing
within six months of the sale date. We then reserve the right to
try said animal for a period of six months. If, at the end of that
time, the animal fails to breed, a like animal will be substituted
or the money refunded.

T
he Debter family invites you to attend our 44th Annual
Production Bull Sale to be held Saturday, October 22, 2016,
at the Farm, beginning at 12:00 noon.
This year we celebrate our 68th year in the Hereford
business. We are dedicated to producing the best Hereford
cattle for our customers, and have three generations working
together on a daily basis. Currently, the 7th generation of the
Debter family is living on the original 40 acres.
Glynn had his 82nd birthday in September and attended
his 64th year high school class reunion. Perry had his 58th
birthday and 40th class reunion this year. John Ross turned
31 this year. As we get older, spending time with family and
friends is becoming more important.
Having grandkids help us to work cows and calves,
make us strive to keep our cattle easy to work with and
problem free. We are working harder to ensure that our
cattle have good dispositions for ourselves and our customers.
Replacement females sired by our bulls are well known for
their good dispositions, uniformity, and good udder quality.
Genetics need to be kept current and we do our best to
keep a Herd Bull Battery strong. We are offering 120 Two
Year old Hereford Bulls that have the quality, soundness,
stoutness, pedigree, and proven performance to work for you.
This is the year to replace your older Herd Bull and improve
the genetic potential of your herd with a Two Year Old
Hereford Bull in this Sale.
The commercial females will be as good as you can find
anywhere. The quality and uniformity will impress you. Some
of the best commercial breeding programs we know of are
represented in this offering.
As always, contact us if we can be of any assistance to
you. We hope that you will plan to attend this important event
on Saturday, October 22, 2016, noon at the farm.
Sincerely,
The Debter family
