One of my experiments: I had a well bred, thoroughbred stud from successful sprint families and crossed it into the “Joy” family which have been really stout, good performance, heavy-duty
ranch horse types. Thismare looks just like you’d expect, taller height with a good profile. Shemoves like she should be able to run and could possibly go the speed events direction. Started
this summer.
DNA parentage verified filly with lots of chrome and white splash on her underline. “Helena” is bal-
anced end to end, stands ongoodbone, is clean throughher head andneck and shows a lot of athletic
ability. Her pedigree has lots of ride and some speed. She has all the groundwork done so she’s ready
to go next spring and we will be showing her sire.
