- D07 is a black heifer who is a red gene carrier and should have red calves half the
time when bred to a red bull. She is a very high growth heifer who really stood out
all summer as a calf, and posted a weaning ratio of 115 and yearling ratio of 116. She
has incredible spring of rib, capacity, body mass, and a sweet disposition. Those are
all hallmarks of her very popular sire, Bieber Hard Drive. This heifer has cow power
written all over her. She is confirmed bred to Stormy D49 with a bull calf due April
17. Stormy is a high calving ease bull we raised who is in the top 2% for Herd Builder
and top 9% for Grid Master.

- D57 comes from our ET program, being out of the same dam as D07, but sired by
the proven cowmaker Beckton Epic. Her dam, T75, is a black cow we raised who
is sired by 9111, an Angus bull who was raised in the Iowa State University high
marbling breeding project. T75 is a very feminine and heavy milking cow, with
great feet and udder and an MPPA of 109.5. This heifer, D57, should take after her
highly productive dam, but without that pesky black gene. She offers a lot of mating
flexibility. She is confirmed bred to Stormy D49 with a heifer calf due May 7.
