6 — SimAngus HT Heifers
1/2 Red Angus, 5/16 Simmental, 3/16 Brahman. Out of registered purebred Red Angus
females and a registered purebred Pine Ridge Simbrah bull. All heifers are half sisters sired
by a Pine Ridge Ranch embryo calf – PRR Trailboss 934Z (ASA #2676069). All heifers were
sync'd and AI'd to Brown Synergy X7838 on May 1st 2017. Fifteen(15) days later a registered
cleaned sheathed proven low birthweight black hided Brangus cleanup bull, to distinguish
AI calves. Heifers will start calving at or around March 1st and finish by the end of the
month of March. All of the heifer's mothers are registered. List of the heifer's mothers: Y96
#1426495, Y98 #1426491, Y80 #1426506, Y77 #1426488, 964W #1305423, 910 #1377928. There is
over 80 years of genetics that make up these hybrid females! Their milk production will be
second to none, they will achieve an acceptable moderate mature frame size, they are
capable of growing enough hair to brave the winter's of the Midwest and further north
while also shedding off slick in April to withstand the 100+ degree temperatures of their
Louisiana/Texas home. They are equipped with extreme fertility, eye pigmentation,
long/deep bodies, second to none docility and the ability to fit and perform in any herd,
regardless of the bull they are bred to. "The Cowman's Cow.”

These black - red carrier bred heifers are a very fancy set. Due to calve in a 30 day calving
period beginning in late January to an outstanding low birthweight Red Angus bull. The
calves from this breeding are sure to be a fancy group. Also offering with this group is a
very nice 20 month old black - red carrier registered bull that is registered through the Red
Angus Association. We are offering the bull in conjunction with the bred heifers as a
complete package. It will be a ready made family with the calves from the bred heifers
being unrelated to the bull included in this package. The bred heifers will be sold as a
complete package with the bull included at the price of 2X the purchase price of one bred
heifer in this package at the buyers option. If you want a complete starter herd in one
