We selected and purchased BL8EP5INT because we felt he
would make the kind of Purebred Simmental cows we need
here in the southeast. He was so sound in his hoof and leg
structure,
smaller frame siz
e ,
and enormous body capacity,
plus was backed by a very productive cow family. We felt he
had all the pieces to make great cows and we still have that
same goal in mind for him in our program,
using him on PB
SM cows to make PB SM offspring. BL8EP5INT currently
ranks in the top 20% for Stay, top 5% for API, and top 1% for
Doc, all important for making great cows.
