above. Satisfaction is guaranteed on all orders.
2. Terms of the sale are cash or check payable to: Yon Family Farms.
3. A certificate of registration will be transferred and mailed to the buyer
of each lot.
4. We offer free delivery on bulls in SC, NC, GA, and FL
provided
the
buyer is able to make arrangements to receive bull when delivery is
made to your area, usually within a few weeks of the sale. Due to
fuel costs and time restraints, we must consolidate trips. If you are
unable to receive bulls when delivery is scheduled to your area, you
will need to make arrangements to pick up your bull at the farm.
Commercial delivery is free anywhere in the continental U.S. with a
$4,000 or more purchase and can be arranged by the Yons.
If you
pick up your bull at the farm, deduct $75 off the purchase price.
Although we don’t offer free delivery on females, we will be glad to
help make arrangements for delivery.
5. Each animal will be at purchaser’s own risk as soon as sold. Bulls will
be fed and cared for free of charge for 2 weeks following the sale
and will be housed at a rate of $2.75 per day thereafter until you are
ready to pick up your bull. Insurance will be available for cattle on
sale day.
6. All cattle sell satisfaction guaranteed. For one year following the date
of sale, if a buyer is not satisfied for any legitimate reason, he is
entitled to a credit, refund or replacement, provided the animal has
been properly cared for.
7. Yon Family Farms is a Brucellosis certified and TB accredited herd,
and has been Johne’s testing for 13 years (level JPL4). Bulls and
heifers are ear notched and tested for PI-BVD. Health papers for
shipment anywhere in the U.S. will be available.
8. Bulls over the age of 18 months at sale time will be tested for
Trichomoniasis (PCR and culture) two weeks prior to sale day. For
states with different requirements, younger bulls can be tested prior
to shipment.
9. Retained Interest - Yon Family Farms reserves the right to retain a
one-third semen revenue interest on any bull sold in the sale. Those
bulls which Yons wish to retain an interest in will be announced
from the sale block on sale day.
