the 2003 Forth Worth Reserve Bull Calf Champion and is the maternal brother to
Grand Prix.

I mentioned in Lot 1 & 2 the commitment that Bryan
Mackenzie has made toward the future of this auction by sharing some of his
most coveted genetics with us (folks in the United States). I have never met an
individual more passionate about producing, selling and then helping to market
top Red Angus genetics than my good friend, “the Wild Canadian”, Bryan
Mackenzie. If Lot 1 and 2 haven’t convinced you of this fact, take a look at Lot
31 & 31A. The cow is a maternal sister to Red Brylor NEW TREND 22D, the 18
year old bull that Brylor Ranch still depends on for phenomenal producing
females ! Sharing the choice of this female or her 2012 Skor heifer calf is not
only unheard of, but possibly insane . . . . .but I guess, I would be the first to
admit that I have never exactly professed to Bryan’s sanity (I have seen him out
on the town a time or two before).
