Sereola 139Y is usually the 1st heifer you will spot! Long, tall and powerfully built, this gal
is not only eye catching but she contains all the pieces to make a great brood cow. Her
dam, 5390R after being purchased in the 2007 Mile High Classic in Denver has been a
stellar producer at Bullis Creek where she has several daughters retained as
replacements. 5390R's dam is sired by National Champion bull “Executive 61J” and her
dam is LCC Sereola J1173, the last national champion female shown by Leachman's in
2001 and her dam's full sister was also a Denver class winner. A full brother LCC Analog
J1123 sold for $14,500 and went into ABS's sire lineup. Sereola 139Y is sired by the
incomparable “Mulberry” a bull who has done it all from the tan bark to the pasture
producing moderate birth high growth progeny that always “shine”. 139Y was

well. With King Rob lined up on the bottom side going back to Oates Land and Cattle and
originating from the Vernice cow family at Boot Jack provides a solid base. 173Y is light on
birth and long on growth genetics making her a good canidate to produce calving ease
sons with style and enough gas to grow. The Mulberry daughters are making great cows
and this gal's dam is a moderate framed good uddered cow.

To fully appreciate the strengths of cow family you must start at the beginning. Go back 4
generations on the maternal side to a cow named BCH RCH Firefly 26. In her day she was
one of the breed's top cows with a MPPA of 107.1. The next dam sports a 104.8 MPPA and
the next a 104.5 till you get to Maria 919J who carries on the family tradition with a 105.4
MPPA. To go along with this she shows a wean ratio 106, a yearling ratio of 104, REA ratio
of 105 and a milk EPD that is in the top 6% of the breed. Ok so the production is solid but
how about the longevity? This cow family has a strong history of producing into their mid to
late teens. In terms of revenue Maria 919J has produced numerous sale feature and high
sellers for us including our top selling heifer calf (full sib to this mating) going to Wildcat
Creek Ranch in Kansas. A bred heifer also topped our sale in 2008. The service sire is
none other than Red Fine Line Mulberry 26P a bull that needs no further introduction.
