We had the misfortune of losing this bull’s two-year-old dam about ten days after
calving, and he was grafted on to a mature cow.
✭

Handled as a foster calf, he did not receive ratios, and his EPDs are just the aver-
age of his sire and dam.
✭

His official adj. 205-day weight is figured as if he were raised on a two-year-old,
which is probably not proper in our opinion, and it should not be as high as it is.

That being said, he is still a good calf, and his grandam is a member of “the list”
referred to in Lot 1, and a cow who has served as a donor here.
