Terms of Sale:
Cash or check in US currency. Please make settlement with sale clerk immediately
following the sale. All settlements must be made with the sale clerk before any cattle
will be released. Load out immediately following the sale. All registration papers will
be transferred and mailed to the buyer of each animal purchased, after funds have
been verified in the sale account. The highest bidder will be the buyer and if any
dispute arises between two or more bidders, the animal in dispute shall immediately
be put up again for advanced bids. Each animal becomes the risk of the purchaser as
soon as sold. We will do all that is possible to ensure your animals will be handled
safely. Insurance will be available for purchase the day of the sale.
Health:
All cattle will sell in compliance with the health requirements of the state of Missouri.
All cattle in the sale are in excellent health. All females selling have been officially
calfhood vaccinated and wormed. All breeding age bulls have been semen tested and
wormed. Health papers will be made available for interstate shipment.
Breeders Guarantee:
All animals in the sale are guaranteed to be breeders, provided they are properly
handled and cared for. If any animal fails to breed, the seller must be notified within
six months of the sale date. If the animal is in a sound, healthy condition, the buyer
may return it to the seller, who shall have six months to test it. If the animal then
proves to be a non-breeder, a satisfactory exchange will be made or the purchase
price refunded (The American Salers Association customary recommended rules).
Guarantee does not apply to sick or injured animals.
Note:
We reserve the right to withdraw any sale lot not meeting our specifications prior
to the sale time. All persons who attend the sale do so at their own risk. Neither
the owners, nor any of the persons connected with the sale assume liability, legal
or otherwise, for property loss or accidents. Sale updates and other pertinent
information will be available sale day.
Announcements:
Announcements made the day of the sale take precedence over the statements in the
sale catalog.
