The building in the foreground is the LaCrosse Sale Barn. A bit close, uh! Another one landed on Main
Street in LaCrosse and did some pretty extensive damage.We were grateful that no one was hurt, but they
did not get groceries at the store and weren’t able to shop at some of the other damaged businesses for
a while. Scary day for a lot of folks.We were on the south edge of this “pop-up” storm. The place to be, I’m
thinking. There were many tornadoes on the ground at once that day.
