ing property under his/her own examination and
opinion. all guarantees are between the buyer
and the seller, and in no event shall the auction
company or its agents be held

Announcements made the day of the sale take
precedence over ALL printed material.
all sales are final. NO SALE FEE IS $200.00.
Arrangements for exchange of the animal are to
be made the day of the sale between the buyer and
the seller.

are paid in full by all purchasers
