Cash, Travelers check or certified check and most major credit cards, personal or business checks accepted. Buyer
registration at office. Purchaser must understand he/she is buying property under his/her own examination and
opinion. All guarantees are between the buyer and seller, and in no event shall the auction company or its agents
be held responsible correctness or warranties or genuineness of description of property. Announcements made the
day of the sale take precedence over all printed materials.
All Sales are Final, No sale fee is $200.00
Arrangement for exchanges of animal are to be made the day of the sale between the buyer and the seller.
