gested Terms and Conditions of the American Angus Association (http://
www.angus.org/Pub/suggested_sale_terms.pdf).
Terms are Cash. Full payment is required before the purchased animal
will be released to buyer.
SUPPLEMENTAL INFORMATION:
A supplemental sheet
will be available sale day with complete and up-to-date information.
Announcements from the auction block take precedence over sale book
information. All of the cattle selling are free of known defects.
HERD HEALTH:
All cattle will be accompanied by proper health
certificates for immediate shipment.
AI CERTIFICATES:
KLR will furnish AI Certificates on any bull
owned by KLR. All AI Certificates required on bulls not owned by KLR will
be the responsibility of the buyer.

TRUCKING:
Truckers believed to be reliable will be available to as-
sist you in shipping your purchases.
LIVESTOCK MORTALITY INSURANCE:
Representatives will
be available to assist you with mortality insurance for your purchases.
FOOD AND REFRESHMENTS:
Will be available sale day.
LIABILITY:
Anyone attending the sale does so at their own risk.
Neither KLR, nor its employees, or anyone associated with the manage-
ment of the sale will be held liable for injury to attendees, or to purchased
animals. The responsibility for sold animals passes to the buyer when the
auctioneer says “Sold”. KLR will make every reasonable effort to ensure
the safe handling of purchased cattle until picked up by the Buyer. Buyers
are encouraged to procure insurance for purchased animals. Insurance
representatives will be available sale day to assist you.
